The existing Hudičevec’s website was not only visually outdated and less attractive, but it also had major problems with user flows. It just wasn’t as intuitive as it should have been, therefore, the drop of the users was too high.
Due to poor UX of the current website and its bad navigation, the analytics did not show any useful data about past user flows, which made the UX research even tougher.
In regards to other improvements – the client wanted to replace the online form for booking with a direct online booking plugin integrated with their main booking system and therefore optimize the booking process.
It turned out that the goal of this project was very clear after all:
New website with well-thought UX and modern UI that converts well, with the new functionality of direct online booking.
